Adjustable ride height

I know this may sound a little backward. But can you retrofit the airbag suspension to a 03 3.0d. I've got the rear airbags just not the fronts.

And would it be worth doing, I suspect you will all say fit coil overs

I've got a old copy of EBA and not a very good list of all the retrofits I can do on my e53?

stay away. I would convert the rears to springs if anything. front airbags have leaking problems and just another module to go bad.
