My best advice is for you to turn thr heater on via remote, wait 15mins, walk up to the car and listen. You should hear a faint humming sound and don't be suprised if you hear a little backfire from the small exhuast pipe under the drivers door
The car temperature should also be set to a higher temp than outside. Remember, webasto will not turn on if outside temp is above 16 degrees celcius.
