All screen buttons hung up

This is my first post, please help sometimes my x5 Nav screen buttons stop working so I cannot open or close the radio and I cannot even search the main menu, and suddenly it works again and everything is go back to normal with no issues and I can use all buttons. This happens to me approximately every two weeks and the buttons stop work for one or two days and then it go back to work.
I asked some BMW shops and they told me that this problem might be from the screen amplifier, LOL I know that there is a sound amplifier but I don’t know if there is any controller box to control the screen buttons.
