Question Air shock replacement
Anybody ever replace an air shock on the front of a 4.8? I would like to do it, but if its to cumbersome, I can have an indi do it.

I am going to research any DIY posts I can find, just thought I would ask before spending an hour or so searching.

Thank you for the link, do you think driving it to the INDI (about 4 miles) will cause any permenant damage?

you can get a remanufactured air shock for $300 plus shipping with core exchange.

Replacement is pretty straightforward....took me 3/4 hr. on first and 1/2 hr. on second. I used the Arnott rebuilts - good quality and no issues so far.
