Angel eyes

hi all, ive read around on this topic, and maybe im dumb, but i just need someone to tell me if i can, and what i need, and how easy.

ok got that out, i have a late 2005 x5 3.0d so it comes standard with angel eyes
however i would like to make them brighter, as they are barely visible in daylight

You could change out the lamps in the angel eyes.

I put in some aftermarket LED lamps in my '04 4.4i. They even come in Red, Green, Blue, White and maybe some other colors. I purchased mine off Ebay. LED Angel eyes.

Yes. In my '04 there is a small oval cover that pops open and the bulb pulls out. I'll try and get a photo of the cover. There isn't one in my Bentley Manual.

The LEDs 2004_BMWX5_4.4i is talking about replace the OEM halogen bulb with the yellowish light. The socket also matches the factory plug and it is just a plug-n-play job.

I took a photo - it's not great but show the cover. The Passenger Side headlight assembly.

On the 4.4i I have the driver side was impossible to get to. I had to remove the headlight assembly. Which meant I had to remove the bumper cover. I could find another way to do it.
