Collected vehicle from dealers today as they had a to replace a component to fix the adaptive headlight feature. However, Ive noticed the sunroof isnt working like it used to, i.e. press button towards rear of vehicle for the cover to open halfway and then press again for it to open fully. I have to continuosly keep the buttin depressed in order for the cover to open fully and then it doesnt close fully but only come halfway! Same with close when its been open for vent only position, buttin needs to be pressed twice for it to fully close. I know its a long shot but could this be related to what the dealers did to fix the adaptive headlights? Possible electrical problem?
Any help greatly appreciated |

Is it wirth trying this or just take it back to the dealer to perform the rest?
When resetting the panoramic sunroof, it cycles through two modes. The first is Normalisation, where the end positions are learnt. The second is Initialisation, where the characteristic curve is learnt. The procedure takes 75 seconds. It begins by having the floating roofliner in the open position and the sunroof completely closed. The centre of the sunroof switch is then pressed and held in the Lift position. Note: the switch must be kept pushed for the whole procedure. The roof then moves to the lift position, the floating roofliner closes then opens, the sunroof then closes from the lifted position, then opens and closes fully, the floating roofliner then closes and the procedure is finished. If you release the switch before the procedure is finished, you must start again. |
