Very well done! Where did you get the underride protection plate from?

Underride protection guard
Quote:
I have found that the underride protection guard is RARE and also very pricey! IMHO, the differance it makes in the appearance of an e53 is absolutely worth it... Rare and not much of a chance to see yourself (or an imposter) at a stoplight. The last time I checked they were $1700+ through BMW and there were only 9 available (none in the U.S., but would have to be shipped from Germany....weird since the X5 was made in South Carolina). Now RealOEM shows them as being discontinued. But don't take my word for it; Contact your dealer, maybe (by chance) there's still one out there. Good luck.
