Yeah! Interested parties need to know!

My bet would be that either the transfer case actuator harness cable was left unplugged or was damaged/not properly connected during the flywheel repair (which would have required removal of the transfer case and transmission).

The vibration on acceleration is indicative of transfer case issues.
