Help with Fault codes...rough idle

2002 3.0 X5

peake codes

19 table

E4 - o2 sensor 1-3
E3 - o2 sensor 4-6
CA - o2 sensor limit 1-3
C6 - catalytic converter efficiency
EE - misfire #1
FO - misfire #3
EF - misfire #2

could it be the vanos or a vacuum leak? crankcase value? slight vacuum when taking off oil fill cap and placing hand over hole.(very slight) my disa valve is working and i cleaned the ICV. (is the icv suppose to move around when you shake it or does that mean it is bad? mine kind of wobbles inside when i shake it.)

Car runs fine while driving...it only acts up when idling.
