Facelift OEM Angel Eyes/Halos- Xenon/HID conversion?

Is there any 'easy', economic way to wire or code my stock angel eyes/halos to run as DRL (without the amber corners) and make them illuminate brighter (Xenon/HID preferrably)? I'm going for the look of the E70 xenon halo DRLs....Maybe some sort of aftermarket setup?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but i tried a search and only came up with Twinspoppa's DRL DIY and some aftermarket setups for non-facelift. You should also know i'm really not a savy lighting/electrical guy.

your car wasn't facelift model.You can just hard wire those AE same as set up like all of us with pre - facelift model.
