There are lots of discussions about tire choices so a bit of a search will get you more than enough information to get your head spinning. Here's my experience though:

I also have 19" wheels and finding a good, reasonably price tire is a challenge. It is actually easier to find a 20" than 19" which has become a bit of an odd size these days. take a look at the Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico. They are pretty reasonable and have been great for me. The rear inner tire wear symptomatic of the negative camber in the rear end of X5s has been much less than when I had Toyos Proxes and Yokohama Advans.
