driving along today and every time i hit a roughish patch of road i would here/feel this clunk in the back of my car, hmmmmmmmm

rear suspension bushes, maybe sun roof, open it close it a couple of times
hmm did the noise go away when the roof was in tilt mode??

maybe its the tailgate, check it out, seems ok

ha ha looked in the spare tyre well and the wing nut holding the spare tyre is loose. tighten it up ....noise gone
