Rear windshield lost to Irene

Hey guys so I was parked in my narrow driveway in between two houses, where I thought my car would be safest. But the hurricane found its way to my x either way.

A tree branchw went through my rear windshield and cracked the whole thing, the wiper arm seems likes its fine tho.

Here is my question to you guys, do you know if safelite can repair the rear windshield for me and if so will it look the same as the original, as dark cuz im pretty sure i have privacy glass. Or do you guys think im better of going with my bmw repair shop.

Any help and advice is really appreciated.

Thanks,
BUM
