"Click" in the steering wheel?

Hi all,

I've been chasing this steering click for a while now. It is a click you feel, not hear, but it is very distinct. Dealer told me my thrust arm bushings needed replacement, I did it and they helped about 90% (but not entirely gone). Now it's back with a vengeance less than 10k miles later. I checked my lca bushings and end links, they didn't seem loose and the bushings weren't ripped (but they are original at 100k miles). I searches and some people replaced steering column bushings but even that apparently doesn't solve the issue. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Cyrus
