Help from techs please

2001 x5 3.0 121000 miles. Running rough so took to moritz where they found bad coil cyl 2 and replaced, changed air filter, charged me $500 and told me i needed to replace aftermarket intake/exhaust sensors. Picked up car drove fine till on the highway where it runs rough until i pull over turn off and restart car.
I got my peake code reader today and it shows following:
FC 19 - table 19
41 - Intake cam shaft position sensor
01 - Ignition coil cyl #2
EF - Misfire cyl #2
F6 & F5 Secondary flow too low cyl 4-6 cyl 1-3 ( secondary air pump is not working)
EE - Misfire cyl #1
F1 - Misfire cyl #4
08 - Air mass sensor
89 - couldnt find code
The bad coil that moritz replaced was Cyl # 2, its still showing misfire.
I replaced bwd intake and exhaust cam sensor, lifetime warranty, obviously they are still not working.
Secondary air pump and valve needs to be replaced.
MAF cleaned, is that the air mass sensor?
All coils and plugs were changed this time last year, meyle coils.
My question, could intake cam sensor, MAF be causing misfires?
Disa, ccv, idle arm control valve, coils, plugs, valve cover gasket, cam sensors all replaced.
I am going tomorrow to get oem cam sensors.
Any advice? Thanks BT

Update, got intake and exhaust cam sensors from BMW and replaced bwd brand. Took those back to oreillys and they gave me my money back. Wife drove to work this morning with no problems. So far aftermarkets seem to have been the problem.
