New Depo Headlight install and gap with bumper

Hi, I'm installing my lights today at a shop and noticed that there is a gap between the bumper and the new depo lights, which was not there before. Has anyone had this issue and How did you fix that? Am I missing something or the technician is not aligning right somthing?
Thank you in advance.

The headlights aren't held by much - just a few screws - 2 on top the unit, 2 behind the unit. Undo the screws, wiggle the light around to see if you get a better fit, retighten screws.

If you can't get a good fit then the lights could just be poor fitting. Either way, it shouldn't be hard to figure out which it is.

Infact, if you paid a shop to do it, get them to fix it - a pro shouldn't charge you for something that an amateur could do blindfolded (honestly, I have done it the dark) and do a bad job! If its because the lights themselves are junk, they should tell you that. (I presume you are paying them, but correct me if I'm wrong)

Thanks for reply. I'm paying the shop for install. I noticed some pictures here in forum with the new depo lights and the gap and then the gap was gone, so I'm not sure what the other guys did. Maybe the shop will fix it. I told them it probably needs to be realigned on the tracks again or something. I just wanted to find out if someone else noticed that when they were installing their lights and saw the gap and fixed it afterwards.

Can you post pics? there should be no gap at all, if you have left the shop, then honestly its really easy, just got out and undo the 4 bolts holding the light in, and see if it just needs to be adjusted in position slightly.

It is still in the shop, I will pick it up after work and if they haven't fixed it, then I will post some pics.

it looks like this post from (dweamr) - the 5th pic from top you can see he installed one of the headlights and you can see the gap there. Afterward, the gap is gone, I don't know how he did it. I sent message to him but no answer yet.

I see - so is it a gap under the silver trim?

Exactly, and then in the next picture it is gone, so i'm not sure what he did. Was the trim put wrong somehow or the light itself - very strange.

ok, here are the pics, they are not so great but maybe you can see what I'm talking about. Maybe I'm crazy, but they look ok to me, I just don't remember seeing the gap before, I thought it was tighter for some reason but I may be wrong. Let me know what you guys think...
