2005 4.4i leaking clear oil?

So the X5 has been sitting while I worked through the UPS claim with ECS for the brake job I just finished. When I went to move the car, I noticed a small puddle of fluid. Upon further inspection, it looks like a clear fluid dripping from the tranny pan. The fluid is NOT red so I'm wondering if where it is coming from...

Any ideas?

-Andrew

Just a thought, but if you just had your brakes done it might be brake fluid overflow from the tank or if the shop topped off any other fluids as part of the service it could be washer fluid or even condesation from the AC (doubt it's the last one as the weather has cooled off)
