Replacement of bushing for the front control arm for BMW X5

I'd like to find DIY for the replacement of bushing for the front control. I did not find anything for E53 model. I am wondering if someone can point me out to a good source of the information. I am planning to replace old front control bushing with the part# 31126769715 on PowerFlex PFF5-905-29 FRONT ANTI ROLL BAR TO CHASSIS 29MM. My concern is how to remove old one from the tension strut and insert new. Any advice is highly appreciated.
