Belts and Tensioner + Pulleys

Engine is making noises when first start in the cold morning recently. I checked the belts/pulley and decide to replace them at 86K miles on my 3.0i.
I will order AC Belt, Alternator Belt, AC Tensioner (the entire assembly), Reflection pulley (Idler) and Hydraulic Tensioner & Pulley. I am planning to replace just the tensioner pulley. At 86K miles, should I replace the hydraulic tensioner?

These are all replaced at inspection II service interval (90K miles)...amongst others.

Willi - most people told me no need to replace hydraulic tensioner assembly at this mileages but the pulley. It's expensive part almost $300 dealer price.

You can most likely purchase elsewhere at a better rate, if necessary. If you're unsure about replacing, then leave it to be inspected during your inspection II interval...assuming that you're planning on having your 90K inspection in the near future.
