X5 E53 Steering wheel vibration. Help!

The steering wheel for my BMW X5 just started shaking a week ago. it vibrates and emits a buzzing sound that seems to accelerate as i accelerate. I do not know what it is. The noise usually happens when i just start the car. whether the car is in movement or not the steering wheel still vibrates until the car is warm and the vibration is gone. I also had problem before with the steering wheel making a clunking sound when either put all the way to the left or to the right. please, any tips will be considered. I am alsmost 100 percent sure its the power steering but does anybody has this kind of problem?

If you are 100% sure that it's power steering, then check steering pump.

That vibration could be due to no fluid in the tank. The clunk could be due to a bad CV joint, tie rod arm, or thrust arm bushings. Check the fluid to see if it is at normal levels.

i will check on the fluid. can i just check that from the trunk or do i have to go under the car? I dont have a lot of knowledge on BMWs but im extremelly willing to learn since its too expensive taking it to a mechanic or dealer. and also, what kind of PS fluid should i use? thanks

Alright, so TwinturboGTR came and checked my car. He figured out my car needs power steering fluid since there was none and thats the reason for the steering wheel to vibrate. Also, the clanking noise from turning the steering wheel is because of a bad cv joint on the front right tire.
