I have looked everywhere...no luck

Alright friends, we have a 2006 E53, 3.0i, just over 82k miles, and just noticed Monday that that headlights are flickering while at idle, when she accelerates, they brighten but still flicker, any thoughts? I have read LCM, alternator, bad ground at the drivers brake light? could it be any of them or all? we have had no issues starting or charging, all of the other lights and electronics work fine

Thanks in advance for any help.
