OBC readout not working

2005 4.8is: On the nav screen and on the gauge cluster, I do not get any of the usual OBC readouts, like mpg, range, time, date, etc. On the nav screen, all the units that are usually numbers are blank. Also, I'm not getting external temp on this screen, but I am in the gauge cluster. I've done needle sweep (test 2), pulled fuses, disconnect and reconnect battery. Problem still remains. Anyone have any ideas? I really use the range function, since I drive pretty long distances at a time.

Also, I go to set the date and time in the settings menu, but it doesn't remember the values, so I have no way of knowing the time.
