Unhappy Will a 275/45/r19 fit on 285/45/19 Wheel

Guys, is it possible to do it. Trying to find some tires for the staggered system and having issues. Was thinking of going with 275/45/r19 in rear and 245/45/19 in front.

Do you guys see any issues with it?

First off there's no such thing as a 285/45/19 wheel. Wheels are measured in diameter and width, such as, 19x9, 19x9.5, 19x10 and so on. For example the last size I listed would be a 19 inch diameter wheel with a width of 10 inches.

285/45/19 -> 285 is width of wheel. 45 is aspect ratio(height of tire from road to start of wheel), which is not relevant in wheel's case as you can put any aspect ratio tire based on your needs.

285mm is 11.22 inches
275mm is 10.82 inches.

You should be able to accommodate the tire. Your wheel is most probably 10 inches or 10.5 inches.

Thanks for the info guys. I have the 4.4i with staggered wheels and having a hell of a time finding a tire that can do winter and summer well. I found the Continental DWS but they don't come in the 285/45/19. So I am going to go with the 275/45/19 and reduce the front to 245/50/19. I Should maintain the same ratios and not have nay issues!!!

Yes, if you mean keeping the front and rear tires the same rolling diameters.

245/50-19 is correct to match the 275/45-19 not the 245/45-19 mentioned earlier.

You don't need to keep the same ASPECT ratio.
