Location of Airbag control module - Need help!

My airbag light came on and had to take it for a code read. The code is

F0 240 Control Unit Fault.

I understand the airbag control module needs to be replaced per the mechanic and he is charging two hours for the swap and recode. Where is the airbag control unit located exactly and how hard is it to swap?

Yep, Under center console, there is heater which also should be taken off. and there is I think some risk of Airbags deploying. I was told while they were changing mine while ago.
