Cracked Instrument Gauge Plastic

I have a 1 inch crack from the bottom center of my instrument gauge panel. This crack started off minor and now it heading upwards through the plastic panel. Just wondered how easy this is to replace. Do I just unscrew the 2 screws at the top of the panel and it simply pops out?

Also, where would I be able to buy a replacement plastic panel?
