Not sure you can glue those pieces back.
But Home-Depot/Lowes carry metal grid like that in various sizes, you can see if you can cut to size. I did this on my Audi back then to replace the boring parallel-line grill look into this mesh look, GL. |

This happened to me last year but the bottom grill. I washed my X when it's cold and broke it. I paid $90 for part and I had to remove the bumper

I bought it like that. I'm going to cut one side up to repair the other and then I just have to buy one. Will post some pics of the repair when im done you're interested
