Help with CCV

I changed out all my sprk plugs and did the reset with the gap pedal. When I was digging aroud I noticed that one of the tube for the CCV has a tear in the elbow on the upper part of the tube. Will this cause the X5 to feel like there is a slight vibration during mild acceleration. When I put my foot into it it doesn't do it, it is only during mild acceration and only seems in the lower RPM range. Any help please.

How many miles in your X5? Engine 4.4/4.6 or 3.0? Thinking to replace oil vent pipe and Crankcase ventilation hose and oil separator?

I have 191000 on the 3.0. I need to replace it but I wanted to know while I have it out if I should be looking for another problem that could be causing it.

Have you checked for fault codes? That should be your first step. Take it to either a good Indy shop or the nearest BMW stealership to be scanned. Just because you don't have a CEL doesn't mean there are fault codes present.
