BMW x5 3.0 P1342, p1344, p1346, and p1351

Hi,

I'm need you help very bad, after replace Cyclone oil separator and put it back together and Now I get the following code, P1344, p1346, p1351 and P1342. The car start rough and cut off and before I change the oil separation, the car run fine, now it cutoff. Could you please give me direction to solve this problems. Thanks you,

More information on the car: 2001 BMW X5 3.0 with 151,000, took to the dealership with losing oil, and dealer want $1400 with DISA if needed. Also, sometime I heard knoting noise from the engine.
