Dice DUO Junk or Not?

After months of troubleshooting, scratching my head, and praying I am almost convinced that the Dice DUO option is a piece of junk! It’s a real shame because when it works I love it! Has anyone else experienced the following and if so was there a smoking gun you found to fix it?

1) I have a 2003 X5 3.0
2) I have an IPOD Classic and a Sirius Tuner plugged in to the DUO unit
3) After months of perfect operation it started to “Rest Itself” back to out of box default settings on a daily or multi-day basis
4) I have replaced the DICE DUO, Dice was very helpful here, but after a few days of perfect operation the same problems began again.
5) I have ensured connections are tight etc.
6) I have operated with IPOD connected and not connected still the same

I am really frustrated with this and just don’t know what to do next.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Merry Christmas to all my X5 Family!

Gregg
