Cv Boot installed wrong ?
front passenger side. Heard the click noise when was turning the wheel. And took the picture. Is this right ?! there a little grease. |

Looks alright to me. Click could be bushings, tie rods, etc...

A rhythmic click while turning could mean the CV joint is worn/damaged. If the CV boot failed and wasn't discovered early, contamination may have occurred in the joint itself leading to failure/clicking. Agree w/Nazario, if it's a single or non-rhythmic click/pop, may be suspension bushings/tie rod ends, etc.

thanks guys .. just to be on the safe side i am going to take car back to the shop where cvBoot was installed

have them clean the area after the fix. there should never be cv grease leaking out if thats the case.
