dsc lights on after guide chain replacement

2001 x5 4.4 just did the timing chain guides hooked up the battery and it runs great i cant believe how quiet the engine is ,all you can hear is the injector pulse its scary with a 189000 miles iam guessing that most of the hi mileage V8 bmw could use new guides after 100k .The truck was up in the air with the battery disconnected.I reconnected it after i was done and now the DSC the triangle light ,the yellow brake light ,yellow abs light ,I was so happy it runs great but now this!!!!!! The same thing happend to me when I changed the struts on on my e46 .Does any body now how to reset or have it relearn itself ,its a new battery ,no lights on b4 work was done.thanks

If I recall correctly most if not all of those will go away after you drive it for the first time. I think my X5 did the same thing when the battery died and it sat for a day or two.

All I had to do was turn the steering wheel from lock to lock and they went off.

just had to drive it and the dsc lights went out thank goodness!!!!
