Some shop techs are nothing but part/assembly changers, no diagnostic skills whatsoever. If they got your trans job done and realized the issue was not resoved, you would have been told the bad transmission ruined the TC chain, they NEVER admit their diagnosis was WRONG. They expect you open up your wallet and azz cheeks wider.
