Still truckin

Hey Guys,

It's been a while since I have posted here, I have been busy learning and modding my M5. But now winter has hit here in the northwest and the X and I are back together spending time. Since replacing the transmission at 308,000, I have had no mechanical issues. I am looking forward to getting to 350,000 miles. Below is picture I took last night.

Well...since you asked, I have the following:

-ECD Stainless brake lines
-Rpi Scoops...suppose to add another 10Hp at speeds of 70MPH and up. They are a RAM air scoops idea.
-Afe drop in filters
-Secondary cats delete
-Europcharge tune, which adds another 25whp and 21wtrq, removes the Governor and allow you to hit the M's natural top end of 205mph. I got this over the Christmas and with crappy weather have not had the chance to join the 200 club. But I have hit 160-170 a number of times just launching off of on ramps.
-ECS 12.5 spacers all around
-Charcoal filters delete
-Turner Power Pulley, 18-22HP and 17-22 Ft/lbs Torque
-V1 hardwired

That's it for now....oh and tires, tires and tires. The M5 is such a blast to drive and very responsive and predictable. I have tracked it once, and will visit that track a lot more next year.

You are my hero. LOL. I love the fact that you can probably afford to get an E70 etc. But you love your little 3.0 E53 to much to part with it and nice taste with the mods on the M5. We want on ramp videos with a go pro this spring!
