Just an update, the door started rattling again, same noise as before. I'm guessing one of this clips broke, but I haven't had a chance to remove the door panel yet to confirm. I'll report back with results.

Nah, only one was broken, but looking back I guess I should have since it was right there. If the same clip is broken, I think I'm looking at a different problem.

Finally got around to opening the door up again. It wasn't a broken clip at all, the bolt for the clip I replaced unscrewed itself completely and was in the bottom of the door. I guess I didn't tighten it enough the first time. Put it back in and no more rattles with the window down. Might add some loc-tite down the line if it comes loose again.

Nah, it was the bolt that screws into the nut and through the black clip that was in the bottom of the door. Somehow the clip kept the nut in place. I replaced one clip, the one towards the rear of the front door. I checked the front clip and all 4 prongs were in place. The front clip is located below the speaker.

Even though I replaced the clips when I swapped my dying motor, that was not my problem. the regulator screws, all 4 of them, were loose. Tightened them all up and problem fixed.
