Where can I get parts?

I tried to order parts from ECS but they require to ship to my billing address in Australia for their first order instead of where I stay in California when I stay there once a month. The shipping price is minimum $47 to Australia regardless of what I order (including just 1 o-ring). Firstly I am not bagging them I would really like to order from them but I guess credit card fraud has made it so that it's not so simple for them........ so I am looking for other parts suppliers in the USA if anyone can help me out with their opinions. The good, the bad, the ugly

Thanks
Andrew

I have ordered plenty of stuff from us, from snowboard to car parts, never have any trouble consider ECS is a decent size company, the only thing that stop me from ordering a cold air intake from ECS is freight charge.

Yeah but I can get things shipped to my US address (normally) which saves a bucket load in shipping costs

Sup Bulk. No you don't need to use billing address.

I placed my first order with them, and shipping to a different address, they called me and asked why I am doing that. I told them that the address is on file with my credit card, gave them the number if they wanted to verify, and told them that my billing address is no good for receiving packages. I don't want my wife or nanny, dropping everything to run downstairs because some huge ass box came for me.

Plus my parents have an outside shed, where the UPS guy drops off the package and locks it from inside. I tip him when I see him, so I get treated well at that address. No one even needs to come out to sign for anything.

I say, give them a call and tell them the situation. Also, call you credit card, and add the alternate address to it. They always seem to do right by me. I even returned stuff without getting hit with the 15% restock feel.

Thanks Slick,

Have been emailing back and forth with Shirley and unfortunately it is what it is.

However I have just realised I can pay using Paypal using my credit card as the payment source. Should see more success with that option.....

Jac, thanks for that, will check out Bav Auto and Pelican
