Wheel fitment e53 vs e70?
I recently got rid of the 4.8is and got into an e70X5d. I'm pretty sure that my 4.6is replica wheels with snow tires will not fit correct? Due to bore size? I hope they do as they are mint, but if they don't I'll have to go buy another set of wheels/snows :/

A quick perusal via the handy Search Tab turns up pages of threads on wheel bore size diff between E53 & E70, eg:
X3 E83 = PCD 5x120, center bore 72.5mm and M14x1.5 bolt thread. ET 40-45 X5 E53 = PCD 5x120, center bore 72.5mm and M14x1.5 bolt thread. ET 40-45 X5 E70 = PCD 5x120, center bore 74.0mm and M14x1.25 bolt thread. ET 37-53 X6 E71 = PCD 5x120, center bore FRONT 74.0mm, center bore REAR 72.5mm and M14x1.5 bolt thread. Your E53 wheels, whether oe or rep, will not fit on E70, though a few posters report good luck with having the E53 wheels bored by any decent machine shop, fwiw. GL, mD Maybe this wheel info should be a sticky?! ;>)
