Cold start shaking Intermediate Levers and shaft replaced

Owner of 2004 x5 4.4i 76k....

Intermediate Levers and Shafts got replaced just this past Friday and two days later, same issue...cold start car is shaking, rpms going up and down and Service engine light flickered than stayed ON.

About a year ago had some issue cold out and had ccv valve got replaced. than the weather got warmer, didn't experience the issue.

I'm puzzled, frustrated, just dumping money and time...Dropped the car off today again at dealership, asked service rep to have there senior tech. work on my car going forward...waiting patiently for the diag...

Any suggestion at this point will help.
Thanks,
Soner

check for air leaks. its almost always a leak. I would also check/replace the VANOS. Mine did the same thing a month ago. VANOS was completely busted. Easy replacement.

Post 468 is the disa valve. Not the vanos. And you have a 3.0. Disa on the V8 is a bitch, it behind the intake toward the firewall.
