I have had battery issues and have been jump starting the car and changing batteries etc. replaced the blower motor resistor. all good now. Since this issue I have lost the ability to read the radio station info and volume. Everything else works fine and I have no pixelation issues. Has anyone heard of this before? Where is the actual radio? I beleive it is not sending the signal to the MID however all advice so far has been to change the MID. I am also having problems with bleeding the brakes after front caliper overhaul. Does anyone know any tricks to bleeding the ABS without taking it to the dealer? I will never remove another caliper without sealing the supply line again! Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as it is my wifes car and will be sold based on the failed radio readout.(Not the Brakes?) Thanks , stumps, |

Disconnect the battery again and leave it unplugged for a while. Then connect it again. This seems to happen to a lot of people after failed batteries.
I think you need to have the ignition on to bleed the brakes. Not sure 100% but my Lexus needed ignition on to cycle through the ABS system. |
