Arnott Air Bag noise/Strut Bearing ??

I installed two new front airbags from Arnott a while ago. In the last few months there has been a kinda rubber friction noise similar to rubbing a balloon coming from the front when steering,the noise appears to be coming from the top of the struts and is also worse when the outside temperature is low.

Anybody else experienced anything like this ??
