What kind of exhaust set up sounds good on 4.4 ?

Replacing the resonator with an x-pipe and keeping the stock exhaust will(at least in my experience).

What was the error? \

The O2 sensors are upstream of the resonator and there are no downstream sensors that I know of.... O2 seonsors don't check for backpressure so what sensor was tripped?
