You may want to look for 2005(production 10/2004) and 2006 4.8is and avoid the first few months of 4.8is bugs.

+1 to the tire comments. I can't comment on the Xdrive as mine is an '01. But tires are everything. Get some nice ones and put your Acura to shame.
