Great feedback. Can you confirm that this would be a simple clean swap? I'm fairly handy with basic stuff and it seems like it could be as simple as unbolting, unplugging and then re-plugging, re-bolting.

If I'm going to swap and/or spend the money, I want to be positive I won't encounter any mechanical fit issues or any challenges connecting the electrical. I'd hate for the new comfort seats to use different power levels or adapters and trigger error codes or something wonky...

Also, thanks to all for the responses. So, if anyone with black comfort seats is interested in selling and/or swapping for black sport seats, please PM me and we can discuss further.

DG3 Mechanically yes it is a direct fitment. Electronically well that depends. Say for example your x doesnt have heated seats but your comfort seats are then you will have to retrofit the wiring for front heated seats. Which also means you would need the new switch plate above the ashtray and some relays. ThE WDS site lists all the schematics. So it really depends on the options.

Im looking for heated comfort seats in tan... the search for the holy grail continues. My X is already has heated and lumbar support sport seats.
