Look in the boot (trunk) under the cd changer just to the front of it you will see a silver box at an angle, on top of the silver box is a sticker with pass key written on it (4 digit number)

Good start. I am going to elaborate.

1. Pop up or take out the floor cover.
2. Then, facing the front, on you left hand side, you will see a plastic molded cover. It will have 3, 10mm nuts holding it. Two in the middle, and one toward the front. You will need about a 6" extension to remove the third, and it will just make your life easy for the other nuts. Remove them.
3. Then, on your left hand side, in the area where that cover was, you will see a silver box. If you are lucky, the code will be on a sticker there.

I wasn't that lucky.

4. On the silver box, towards the front of the car, you will see a black L bracket, with another 10mm nut on it. Take that off, and you should have the 3rd sticker. That's where my code was.
5. I took a perm marker and marked the top rear of that silver box with the code. Next time, I won't have to go that deep to find it. I can now just remove the left trunk access cover, and look down. I can see that box with the code clearly on it.

I just did this recently. So let us know if it's the same with yours.
