FYI: I pick up the Bosch Alternator for $225 and replace the old one, everything are running fine, no more battery light. Thanks you all for your help.

I had very much the same problem with my light coming on and when I unlocked my dash system and saw the fluctuation in voltage going to my battery, no wonder I cooked it. As a result of not changing my altenator soon enough because of the voltage regulator I nuked my battery but now since I replaced my battery with an Odessey and shelled out replace my altenator, life is good again. Just wearable parts unfortunately, like any other, just cost a bit more.
