Cam Position Sensor warnings HELP!

Check Engine Light has come on recently along with the trifecta ABS (speed sensor faulty) and when connecting to diagnostics is shows all 4 Cam sensors as the culprit. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this?

I will scan the diagnostic page in a bit and let you see what the codes are.

thanks seen that before, that's the thing I don't think they have failed neither does my mechanic too. He reckons it could be Valve timing related as it runs like a dog when the SES is thrown and then when the engine is switched off and back on again it runs fine.

All I want is this to stay off as the X5 is going to be part exchanged next week and I want rid of this thing for good.
