Faulty FSR or low AC gas

If the refrigerant level is low the driver side will be the cooler of the 2 sides. I think the BMW engineers decided if anyone is going to be comfortable, it should be the driver.

For those of us in right hand drive countries, the passenger gets to stay nice and cold, not the driver :-)
