Need help deleteing "Susp Inactive" warning on dash! Please!

Anyone in So cal that has a computer to take this damn warning off?? Ill pay! Its rather annoying. I've tried 3 different BMW dealerships and they can not remove it. I switched from air suspension to traditional shocks and springs, and now need to get the warning removed from my dash.

Please guys, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Robert

I had mine successfully done at Laurel BMW in Westmont,IL. My local dealership here in Springfield,MO had it for a full week and failed to get it done. Perhaps they could call that dealership for help? I may be able to dig up my old receipt if that helps.
Switching over to a coil spring suspension was something I am very glad I did. No more worries about that air susp!

Good Luck!

Chris

Thanks for the response! If you could dig up your receipt that would be amazing! The shocks/springs are so much better, no more headaches.

Thank you so much!

Please pm me your email address and I can send you a photo from my iPad. My regular computer and scanner are down at the moment.

All you need to do is order Coil Springs for an X5 3.0. Those did not come with air suspension (at least here in the U.S.) You do not need to change your shocks. Just order the coil springs, the upper and lower pads, and the adapter that holds the upper pad in place.

I gladly paid a shop $205 to install the coil springs for me. They are tough to install.

Thank you! Got it. Hope this helps. I wish I could just get the code because I have a buddy with a GT1 that I could use. I have no clue how to go about getting the correct code tho.

Is there difference spring rates? Say if i'm to order an after market one, like Eibatch or Kings Spring?

Spring, Upper & Lower will be OEM but what about adapter that holds the upper pad?
