iPhone Issues

In AUS with E53.
I got iPhone to play music through speakers using AUX input.
Now I want iPhone to charge from cig socket without turning on IGN.
(At the least, it should work on ACC like the rest of the world.)
So, I need wiring diagram of Cigarette circuit (fuses, wiring etc).
I'm an elec engineer so should be able to sort iot out from there.
TIA

My x5 is an 06, and if I leave the charger plugged into the cig lighter, it will charge in every position. I was actually surprised, as my Lexus would only work in pos 2.

In AUS ALL seemed to be switched from IGN,
Not from ACC as in other countries.
Even the flashlight is switched from IGN.
HENCE MY REQUEST for WIRING DAGRAM.
