Cluster replacement: DSC, brake and ABS on now

Hi

Just replaced my 02 E53 diesel (3.0 Diesel sport) cluster for one off a 2006 (3.0 diesel) model. The cluster was damaged by previous owner who tried (failed !) to repair the faulty pixel cluster.

The replacement is working a treat all dials n gauges (which have the chrome trim) working but I now have 3 lights remaining on....

The DSC, brake warning light and ABS. I swapped back to the original cluster and the same lights on ! When I swapped them, I had key in ignition and probably on as I was checking to see that replacement worked before paying for it.

I tried a steering wheel reset - but didnt do anything (unless I havent done it right). Im hoping that there is a reset somewhere....

I appreciate (now) that cluster change is not straightforward... the tamper dot is pretty minor, compared to teh 3 other lights...

Is there a way to get this recoded ? If so using what system and how...

Can anyone advise..... its frustrating cos the clocks look fab and the pixels are all spot on...

cheers

gary
