4..8iS tire change

Hello all,
I just got Bridgestone Duelers for my 05 4.8iS at Sears and was hoping to have them installed. They told me that they couldn't install them because they don't have the tools to adjust the air suspension system. Is this true? Can I only have the tires changed at the dealer? If that is the case will the dealer mount tires for me that I purchased elsewhere? And on a slightly related note, will it be an issue then if I jack up the X5 to change the oil? Seems weird if I would not be able to jack up my car so as not to screw up the air shocks. I'm not quite skinny enough to slide under it while it is on the ground, unless I covered myself with bacon grease and/or butter...
